1) First things first, get a picture, a professional head shot by a photographer.  Not a mug shot, not a cover from your favorite book, and not a picture of your dog spot.  And by all means do not use the LinkedIn default avatar. I think half the people on  LinkedIn don’t use a picture. Try to look up someone with the name Joe Smith and you’ll see why a picture is necessary.  Also you are 40% less likely to show up on a LinkedIn search if your picture isn’t there.  To be cont……..
